ADJOURN — Vice Mayor Foust adjourned the Council Meeting in memory of Ms. <br /> Kathryn Caranlik Simon (wife of Mr. Mark Simon) who passed away on September <br /> 17, 2014. She was always positive and always offered a kind word and a smile to <br /> everyone.
