Dependent on that review, the <br /> Element may be returned to City Council for additional action. <br /> 2. Recommend additional analysis for the Initial Study /Negative Declaration. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> No fiscal impact is expected. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> An environmental analysis was prepared, and on the basis of that Initial Study, staff has <br /> determined that the project will not have a significant impact upon the environment. A <br /> Draft Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact has been prepared (Attachment 3). <br /> The Notice of Intent to Adopt a Negative Declaration was posted on August 22, 2014 <br /> and circulated for 30 days. Copies were filed with the Office of Planning and Research, <br /> the County Clerk, and local and regional agencies. Notice was also publicized in the <br /> newspaper and posted on the website.
