The changing needs of the aging baby <br /> boomer population include new housing needs and <br /> preferences, housing affordability, walkable communities, and <br /> access to public transportation, in addition to housing design <br /> features that meet the needs of older adults. Redwood City <br /> recognizes the changing housing needs of its population, <br /> including aging seniors in need of supportive services.
