Centers,and that GES will incur no costs associated with negotiation of the agreement amongst the parties. GES also assumes that the access agreement will provide daytime access to two parking spaces per well, one space where the well is located and an adjacent parking space for GES vehicle parking. This task also includes time for management of the project budget,schedule,and invoicing matters. SCHEDULE GES will begin work on the project immediately upon receipt of written authorization from the City. We anticipate that Tasks 1 and 2 will be performed within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving authorization to proceed. Tasks 3 and 4 (Draft RAP) will be completed within 4 to 6 weeks of receiving the results of the initial groundwater monitoring event. Hence, a draft of the RAP will be provided to the City for review and comment approximately two months after receiving notice to proceed.
