Centers,and that GES will incur no costs associated with negotiation of the agreement amongst the parties. <br /> GES also assumes that the access agreement will provide daytime access to two parking spaces per well, <br /> one space where the well is located and an adjacent parking space for GES vehicle parking. <br /> This task also includes time for management of the project budget,schedule,and invoicing matters. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> GES will begin work on the project immediately upon receipt of written authorization from the City. We <br /> anticipate that Tasks 1 and 2 will be performed within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving authorization to proceed. <br /> Tasks 3 and 4 (Draft RAP) will be completed within 4 to 6 weeks of receiving the results of the initial <br /> groundwater monitoring event. Hence, a draft of the RAP will be provided to the City for review and <br /> comment approximately two months after receiving notice to proceed. <br /> COST/AUTHORIZATION <br /> GES will complete the services described herein on a time-and-materials basis in accordance with the fee <br /> schedule included with the Agreement for Professional Services (Agreement), dated January 2, 2014, <br /> between GES and the City,as summarized below: <br /> Task 1 —DWR Well Completion Report Request $ 1,120 <br /> Task 2—Initial Groundwater Monitoring Event/Well Maintenance Program <br /> -Monitoring Well Surveying $ 2,695 <br /> -Groundwater Sampling/Monitoring/Well Maintenance-23 wells $19,925 <br /> -Materials for Well Maintenance and Sampling $ 2,500 <br /> -Chemical Testing of Water Samples $ 1,290 <br /> -Microbiological Laboratory Testing $ 950 <br /> -Waste Disposal 810 <br /> Subtotal—Task 2 $28,170 <br /> Task 3—Evaluation of Remedial Options $4,320 <br /> Task 4—Prepare Remedial Action Plan <br /> -Draft RAP $6,400 <br /> -Final RAP 1 440 <br /> Subtotal—Task 4 $7,840 <br /> Task 5—Consultation,Regulatory Discussions,and Project Management 4 320 <br /> Total Estimated Fee $45,770 <br /> To authorize the proposed services,GES understands that the City will issue a Purchase Order. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014.174/GROUNDWATER&ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> REV:10-7-14 MLG <br /> Page 12 of 12 <br />
