1. Scoqe of Services that shall be completed by PCRC: <br /> • Train Teen Resource Leadership Group members 8 times per school <br /> year on skills needed to conduct a research-based AOD environmental <br /> prevention project; <br /> • Provide skill building trainings for Sequoia High School La Raza Club to <br /> complete Youth-Led Environmental Prevention, Research, and Awareness <br /> Project including: <br /> o Research methods <br /> o Youth-led action research <br /> o Alcohol and other drug awareness <br /> o Understanding social norms <br /> o Project management <br /> o Communication <br /> o Negotiation <br /> o And others as defined by La Raza Club members; <br /> � Work with staff at John W. Gardner Center to identify indicators, and <br /> develop/ implement evaluation plan for tracking success and impact of <br /> before mentioned projects; <br /> � PCRC staff will attend monthly Prevention Partnership Steering <br /> Committee meetings; <br /> • Ensure appropriate County reporting and data collection requirements are <br /> met including but not limited to entering and maintaining monthly CaIOMS <br /> records; and <br /> • Complete other tasks related the Redwood City 2020 AOD Prevention <br /> Partnership as assigned by Redwood City 2020. <br /> 2. Standard of Performance. While performing the Senrices, Consultant will <br /> exercise the reasonable professional care and skill customarily exercised by reputable <br /> members of Consultant's profession practicing in the urban Northern California Area, <br /> and will use reasonable diligence and best judgment while exercising its professional <br /> skill and expertise. <br /> 3. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will be effective <br /> from date first above written until June 30, 2015. <br /> 4. Schedule.
