Waive first reading and introduce Ordinance for first reading on November 3, 2014 to amend various sections of the Parking Ordinance to reflect the following modifications: • Allow public parking spaces to be reserved for specific uses, • Establish Car Share Parking Permits and a Car Share Program, • Establish an Electric-Vehicle Charging Parking Program, • Establish a $30 application fee for parking reservation permits, and • Allow the use of signs to establish parking regulations.
