CAR SHARE PARKING PROGRAM <br /> The City Manager /designee is hereby authorized to issue Car Share Parking Permits, <br /> designate Car Share parking spaces and regulate their use in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the City of Redwood City Car Share Program adopted by resolution of the <br /> City Council. <br /> Section 8. Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 15 is hereby added as follows: <br /> "DIVISION 15 — ELECTRIC CHARGING PARKING <br /> Sec. 20. 230. ELECTRIC CHARGING PARKING PROGRAM <br /> The City Manager /designee is hereby authorized to designate certain parking spaces as <br /> Electric — Charging Parking spaces, charge for the electricity used by electric vehicles <br /> and limit parking in such spaces to electric vehicles in accordance with the provisions of <br /> the City of Redwood City Electric - Charging Parking Program adopted by resolution of <br /> the City Council. <br /> Section 9. This ordinance is not a project subject to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> Section 10. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br /> applicable law. <br /> Section 11.
