When the City Manager as authorized by this Resolution, has caused <br /> signage to be posted designating a parking space to be Car Share Parking Only, no <br /> person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in violation of the posted signage or in violation <br /> of any of the provisions of this Program. <br /> 8. Any person in possession of a Car Share Parking Permit desiring to occupy <br /> a Car Share Only Parking space which is occupied by a vehicle which does not display a <br /> permit for such parking may notify the Redwood City Police Department, which may <br /> arrange for the unpermitted car occupying the space to be towed. <br /> 9. Any Car Share Vehicle parked in its designated Car Share Parking Space <br /> shall be exempt from paying the meter. <br /> 10.In the event of any conflict between this Car Share Program and the <br /> provisions of the City's Off Street Parking Regulations, the provisions of this Car Share <br /> Program shall prevail. <br /> Section 2.
