EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price. Modification to Task 2 to Include Water Memo : The City will provide direction and data regarding water demand and wastewater generation calculations for projects approved or proposed for the DTPP area to help MIG describe how the capacity exchange would affect the City water supply (positively or negatively), its relationship to the Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP), and wastewater generation. MIG will prepare a memo explaining the methodology and findings of this water and wastewater analysis, including a conclusion regarding the findings' relationship to the certified DTPP EIR and the cu�rently adopted (2010) UWMP. A November 6 team call with City staff confirmed the methodology and data required to complete this evaluation. The addifrona/ not-to-exceed cost for the wateNwastewater evaluation, inc/uding time already expended, is$2,460, which is reflected in the attached amended Exhibit 1.
