ATTACHMENT NO. 4 <br /> CITY DEED <br /> AT THE REQUEST OF AND <br /> WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br /> Exempt from Recording Fees pursuant to <br /> Government Code Section 27383 <br /> SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br /> QUITCLAIM DEED <br /> For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. <br /> The CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and California municipal corporation <br /> ("City"), hereby remises, releases and quitclaims to GREYSTAR GPII, LLC, a Delaware limited <br /> liability company [OR PERMITTED ASSIGNEE] ("Developer"), all right, title and interest in <br /> and to that certain real property located in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br /> of California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference ("Property"). <br /> 1. The Property is conveyed hereunder in accordance with and pursuant to that <br /> certain Property Disposition Agreement ("PDA") dated 2014 entered into between <br /> City and Developer, a copy of which is on file with the City at its offices as a Public Record. <br /> 2. Obligation to Refrain from Discrimination: The Developer covenants and agrees <br /> for itself, its successors, its assigns and every successor-in-interest to all or any portion of the <br /> Property, that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person, or group of <br /> persons, on account of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, color, religion, creed, <br /> national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or <br /> enjoyment of the Property nor shall Developer, itself or any person claiming under or through it, <br /> establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference <br /> to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of purchasers, tenants, lessees, subtenants, <br /> sublessees or vendees of the Property The covenant of this Section 2 shall be a covenant <br /> running with the land and binding on successive owners of all or any portion of the Property, in <br /> per])etuity. <br /> Attadioie it No 4 <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014.197/RDW GREYSTAR PDA <br /> REV:10-01.14 PT&VR <br /> 82483 00017!91 02745 13 <br />
