Pina Truscelli stated that she has been a resident in Redwood City since 1957, has <br />been the Arbor Day Chairperson for the Native Daughters of the Golden West since <br />1987 when a tree was planted for Ethel Mears. She thanked Mayor Ira for the <br />proclamation and Council for attendance at the Arbor Day event that honored Former <br />Mayor Daniela Gasparini. She also thanked PWS Superintendent Gordon Mann for <br />removing the two trees on Upton Street near the Key Market that were leaning and <br />about to fall. The trees have been removed and replaced. <br />M/S Hartnett/Ruskin to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. The <br />motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with Council <br />Member Foust absent. <br />5.1 Section - Motions <br />A.
