City Council previously authorized the purchase of Bacchus for $1.00, <br /> however Officer Unga and other City staff inembers are required to sign the attached <br /> agreement to finalize the transfer. The City Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved <br /> the agreement, and the $1.00 transfer fee has been paid by Officer Unga. Chief <br /> Cobarruviaz and Officer Unga have signed the agreement, and the document now <br /> requires the City Manager's signature prior to submission to the City Clerk's Office. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. <br />
