EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> In respon� seto the Cit�r's requestto have Verde Design pravide additional design senricesforefforts <br /> and design elements identified below,Verde Design agre�es to complete the fallowing additional senrices <br /> which were not identfied in the RFP process: <br /> Task #1: Consultant shall complete additional field remediation work that is being <br /> recammended byproject'sGeotechnical Investigative Report; <br /> Task#2:Consultant shall complete sport ield ighting�eplacement at G�iffin—Bechet Field <br /> (initial quote was based on relamping), so additional electrical and structural engineering <br /> costs are required; <br /> Task#3: Consultant shall complete installation of soccer goal storage pads at McGarvey <br /> Field(prior direction was forthese pads to be designed for each field area); <br /> Task #4: Consultant shall complete installation of new synthetic turf areas at Griffin- <br /> Bechet Field&the left field foul area at Mitchell Field; <br /> Task#5: Consultant shall complete the tennis ball wall/practice area; <br /> Task #6: Consultant shall complete installation of a new betting cage structure <br /> (�approximately 32 ft. x 75 ft.). Structural engineering and electrical engineering (for <br /> power receptacles at the batting cage). Batting cag�is not to have a solid roaf or interior <br /> lighting(just a spare conduit forfuture lighting wire). <br /> Task#7: Consultant shall complete additional survey work for future concrete pathway <br /> work not listed in Agreement; <br /> Task #8: Consultant shall complete C.3 design efforts per Public Works 50% submittal <br /> review comment#6 and SWPPP 8� QSD wo�k per Public Works 50% submittal review <br /> comment#7.
