�''�'9�f�.�'' � <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> (Management Partners, Inc.) <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the � day of <br /> August, 2015, extending and amending the agreement dated November 13, 2014 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Management Partners, Inc., a <br /> corporation, ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On November 13, 2014, the Parties executed an Agreement for financial <br /> consulting services; and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of six (6) months <br /> from the current November 13, 2015 termination date, ending on May 31, 2016; and <br /> C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to increase compensation by <br /> $60,000.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of six (6) months ending on May 31, 2016 and the total <br /> Compensation shall be increased by an amount not to exceed sixty thousand <br /> dollars ($60,000.00), for a total Agreement not-to-exceed amount of One <br /> Hundred Twenty thousand Dollars ($120,000.00). <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 4.
