REVOCATION; USER TO COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS; RETURN UPON DEMAND: The City Enqineer 6e�les�e� may revoke *;�—� ��+�*^ ��c� ° ^'�rLinn .,.,o+o� ed any temporary parkinq meter permit for any of the following reasons: A. Automatically at the time the temporarv parking meter permit expires. BA. When a person has failed to pay the fee as provided in this Division . 6. C�. When the City En,qineer �elles�e� is satisfied that the circumstances no longer require the limited use of such parking �eeds. DG. When the person is found to be using the temporarv parking meter permit placard for other purposes than those specified in the issued permit. E�. For violation of any of the provisions of this Division. Sec. 20.167. VIOLAT/ON: It shall be unlawful for any person to use a temporary parkinq meter permit placard on any parking t�eteF�ace after revocation or in any manner except in strict compliance with the provisions of the issued Permit and of this Article. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to return a �iee�-temporary parking meter permit placard after demand therefor by the City Engineer 6e�les�e�. Sec. 20.169. PARKING FEES TO ACCRUE TO CITY .
