11/17/2014 <br /> 6. Any vehicle parking or occupying a Car Share Parking Only parking space <br /> must display a Car Share Parking Permit clearly visible through its front windshield. The <br /> parking permit may consist of a windshield card, hang tag or may be in such other form <br /> as the City Manager may prescribe. <br /> 7. When the City Manager as authorized by this Resolution, has caused <br /> signage to be posted designating a parking space to be Car Share Parking Only, no <br /> person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in violation of the posted signage or in <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this Program. <br /> 8. Any person in possession of a Car Share Parking Permit desiring to <br /> occupy a Car Share Only Parking space which is occupied by a vehicle which does not <br /> display a permit for such parking may notify the Redwood City Police Department, <br /> which may arrange for the unpermitted car occupying the space to be towed. <br /> 9. Any Car Share Vehicle parked in its designated Car Share Parking Space <br /> shall be exempt from paying the meter. <br /> 10.In the event of any conflict befinreen this Car Share Program and the <br /> provisions of the City's Off Street Parking Regulations, the provisions of this Car Share <br /> Program shall prevail. <br /> Section 2.
