5. Consultant shall use Redwood City Datum in preparing the topographic survey. The City will <br /> provide the location of the nearest benchmark. North American Vertical Datum of 1988 <br /> (NAVD88) shall be used. <br /> 6. Consultant shall use the City's standard legend for drafting annotations. <br /> 7. Consultant shall request As-Built/Record Drawings from utility companies (Comcast, PG&E, <br /> AT&T, Pacific Bell, South Bayside System Authority, MCI, Calwater, and RCN). Additional <br /> as-built/record documents may be needed to complete the base map.
