Each <br /> party will natify the other immediately of any changes of address that wouid require any <br /> notice or delivery to be directed to another address. <br /> 17. Conflict of fnterest. City will evaluate Consultant's duties pursuant to this <br /> Agreement to determine whether disclosure under the Politicat Reform Act and City's <br /> Conflict of Interest Code is required of Consultant or any of ConsultanYs employees, <br /> agents, or subcontractors. Should it be determined that disclosure is required, <br /> Consultant or Consultant's affected employees, a�nts, or subcontractors will complete <br /> and file with the City Clerk those schedules specified by City and oontained in the <br /> Statement of Economic Interests Form 700. <br /> Consultant, for Consultant and on behalf of ConsultanYs agents, employees, <br /> subcontractors and consul#ants warrants that by execution of this Agreement, that they <br /> have no interest, present or contemplated, in the projects affected by this Agreement. <br /> Consultant further warrants that neither Consultant, nor Consultant's agents, <br /> employees, subcontractors and cansultants have any ancillary real property, business <br /> interests or income that will be affected by this Agreement or, altematively, that <br /> Consultant will fiile with City an�davit disclosing this interest. <br /> 18. General Comuliance with Laws. Consultant will keep fully informed of federal, <br /> state and local laws and ardinances and regulations which in any ma�ner affect those <br /> employed by Consultant, or in any way affect the pe�formance of the Services by <br /> Consultant. Consultant will at all times observe and comp{y with these laws, ardinances, <br /> and regulations and vuill be responsible for the compliance of Consultant's Services with <br /> all applicable laws, ordinances and reyutations. <br /> 19. Discrimination and Harassment Prohibited.
