��6�iN��. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> PROJECT SENTINEL INC <br /> (Fair Housing) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this � � day of <br /> 2014, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and PROJECT <br /> SENTINEL INC, a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the <br /> "Parties"). <br /> W ITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Four and No1100 Dollars <br /> ($27,524)for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July <br /> 1, 2014, and ending June 30, 2015, solely for the purposes described in <br /> Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS.
