Create Economic Development opportunities including training/re-training,job <br /> developmenUcreation, small business lending and cleanup/remediation of contaminated <br /> sites and market employment opportunities to local residents that create job skills and <br /> create/retain employment: <br /> ED-3: Encoura e small business rowth. <br /> Description of Services to be Provided: <br /> The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth provides mental health <br /> services to address the multiple healing needs of child survivors of sexual trauma <br /> including: crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, advocacy, medical/legal <br /> and forensic accom animent, and information and referrals. <br /> Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br /> Sexual Abuse Services for Children and Youth will serve 70 Redwood City persons. <br /> NOTE:Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
