Organizations, as amended, OMB Circular A-110, Uniform Administrative <br /> Requirements for Grants and Agreements, as amended, and all other federal, <br /> state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> 21. C4MPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of <br /> the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended, the <br /> provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 327 <br /> ef seq.) and all other applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations <br /> pertaining to labor standards insofar as those acts apply to the performance of <br /> this Agreement. Contractor agrees to comply with the Copeland Anti-Kickback <br /> Act (18 U.S.C. 874 et seq.) and it's implementing regulations of the U.S. <br /> Department of Labor at 29 CFR Pa�t 5. <br /> Contractor agrees that, pursuant to 42 USC 5310, all laborers and <br /> mechanics emplayed by contractors or subcontractors in the performance of <br /> construction work financed in whole or in part with assistance received from the <br /> Community Development Block Grant Funds shall be paid wages at rates not <br /> less than those prevailing on similar construction in the locality as determined by <br /> the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act, as amended (40 <br /> U.S.C. 276a--276a-5); provided that this section shall apply to the rehabilitation <br /> of residential property only if such property contains not less than 8 units. <br /> A paragraph shall be incorporated in every agreement between Contractor <br /> and third parties in connection to the Project stating that the third party must <br /> comply with California �abor Laws and applicable Federal requirements. <br /> Contractor shall maintain documentation that demonstrates compliance with hour <br /> and wage requirements of this part.
