ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCIL AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> This agenda item affords me.'lbers of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council/Redevelopment Ajency on any subject relating to the City <br /> Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br /> Consent Calendar. If the subject vou wish to address is not on the aoenda, please <br /> understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetino Law) precludes the Council/Aoencv <br /> from takina anv action at this time.
