ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCIL AND <br /> '-" REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council/Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br /> Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br /> Consent Calendar. If the subiect YOU wish to address is not on the aqenda, please <br /> understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetinq Law) precludes the <br /> Council/Redevelopment Aqency from takinq any action at this time.
