RECREATION DIVISION MONTHLY REPORTS <br /> FEBRUARY 1978 <br /> ADULT SPORTS & AQUATICS <br /> Softball <br /> During the month of February, the Adult Softball Advisory Board and the <br /> Recreation Division met and set up some rules and regulations, as well <br /> as the league fees for the approaching softball season. The Advisory <br /> Board is comprised of 16 team managers and the Recreation Supervisor of <br /> the Sports & Aquatics Division. The Board is representing the entire <br /> league. The rules and regulations that govern the league are established <br /> in a democratic process and are for the betterment of the entire league. ' <br /> Teen Basketball_ <br /> An organizational meeting was held on Thursday, February 16 for the Annual <br /> Teen Basketball League. Sixteen (16) managers atten�ed the meeting. <br /> Games will start in early March. Games will be played at Sequoia High <br /> School and the Red Morton Recreation Center. <br /> Adult Basketball League <br /> League play continues. The league is nearing the playoffs and will con- <br /> clude in early March. <br /> Co-Ed Volleyball League <br /> The second round of league play has been completed. An organizational <br /> meeting is scheduled for February 27. The third round will start in <br /> early March. <br /> -8- <br />
