M . in the Conference Room 1 of the Community Activities <br /> Building , 1400 Roosevelt Avenue , Redwood City . <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT : Commissioners Knecht , Pound and Weintraub <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT : Commissioners Aldrich , Rollins , and Schlesinger <br /> ( 1 vacancy ) <br /> STAFF PRESENT : Director Max C . Weeks <br /> Administrative Assistant Tom Ferrando <br /> Recreation Superintendent Bill Paulson <br /> All of the GAP students were present . <br /> The meeting could not be held for lack of a quorum . Chairman Knecht <br /> decided to call a special meeting Thursday , May 20 , 1976 in the Community <br /> Activities Building at 4 : 30 P . M . <br /> The meeting was adjourned for lack of a quorum . <br />
