The house <br /> features a large focal window,overhanging balcony, decorative vents,eves with little or no overhangs,decorative tiles,and stucco <br /> walls. The building appears to be in nearly original condition,except for an addition made to the rear in 1955. The one-car garage <br /> was expanded to hold three cars in 1951. The kitchen was remodeled in 1961. The original construction permit was not located at <br /> the Redwood City Community Development Department and the designer is unknown.
