9.A. - Page 7 <br /> C. YMCA & City Common Areas <br /> The YMCA and City shall determine how the parking, exterior lighting, <br /> Sidewalks, and landscaping (outside footprint of a specific building) requirements <br /> for the YMCA and City facilities shall be satisfied at Red Morton Park, as well as, <br /> any other common areas outside of the Leased Premises, in sufficient detail to be <br /> evaluated under CEQA. <br /> IV PROJECT TEAMS <br /> A Project Team comprised of the City Manager, YMCA CEO, Director of Parks <br /> Recreation, YMCA COO, City Attorney, YMCA Consultant or Attorney and <br /> others that may be added from time-to-time to the Project Team. The Project <br /> Team will address and oversee the various functions of the project including; <br /> 1. Develop the LOI <br /> 2. Construct Project Timeline <br /> 3. Manage the Process <br /> 4. Coordinate and oversee the budget <br /> 5. Establish Functional Teams as needed, including: <br /> Communications Team <br /> Create a Communications Plan <br /> Develop a public outreach program, educational materials and <br /> meeting talking points <br /> Support the City and YMCA staff, Council and Board members <br /> implementing the plan <br /> Fundraising Team <br /> Create the overall fundraising plan <br /> Coordinate the strategies developed in the plan to leverage the <br /> partnership <br /> Construction Team <br /> Selection of the architect or two architects (City&YMCA <br /> specialists) <br /> Selection of one contractor or two contractors (City& YMCA) <br /> Oversight of the construction <br /> B. The composition of the various teams will include members from Redwood City <br /> and the YMCA and will be determined by the City Manager and YMCA CEO in <br /> consultation with the Project Team. <br /> V CEQA DOCUMENTATION <br /> By April 30, 2015, based on the Project descriptions set forth in Section III, the City, as <br /> lead agency shall commence the CEQA process.
