This <br /> sprawling house's entrance is suggestive of the Mission Revival style with its large posts and arched roof. The house exhibits many <br /> characteristics of the Flat Roof subtype of Spanish Colonial style,a subtype that makes up about ten percent of genre. The house <br /> features parapeted walls,combinations of one and two stories,multilevel roofs,round turrets,elaborated chimney tops,decorative <br /> vents,eves with little or no overhangs,decorative tiles,and stucco walls. The building appears to be in nearly original condition, <br /> except for an addition made to the rear.
