He
inquired as to whether the code was or was not demanding that he list every
transaction. He further indicated that he had a fiduciary responsibilzty
and obligation to his client which would prevent hii from revealing broker-
age fees. 1r. Ribck acknowledged that the code appeared to require Mr.
Rollins to list every real estate transaction with a brokerage fee in excess
of $1 ,000.
9r. Gyselbrecht stated that he had prepared a draft copy of the code in addi-
tion to disclosure catagories and that he hoped to have a special meeting
with the Board of Building Review and the Housing Loan Comnittee to discuss
any problems that might arise with respect to those cl;sclosure catagories.
He further stated that he thought of other departments would be holding
similar meetings. Chairperson Pound inquired as to aihetMer any such meet-
ing had been intended for the Parks and Recreation Corrnission. Mr. Ferrando
responded that due to F1r. t+leek's vacation schedule, the draft code and exhi-
bits had been prepared prior to his leaving. He further indicated that if
any real problems existed, that there would be time between the public hear-
ing and the codes adoption by Council for individual members to meet with
Mr. Weeks to discuss the disclosure catagories.
' Chairperson Pound thanked Mr. Riback for attending the meeting and provid-
ing valuable information witli respect to this subject.
REPORTS
REPORT ITEM l . epartmental ionthly Reports
In regard to the Senior Center Architectural Studies, 1r.
