VillaseFfior said the Multicultural Arts Council had applied <br /> for mural sands from the California Alliance of Arts Councils , <br /> which were granted with the provision that the Multicultural <br /> Arts Council match the salary of the artist , which had been done . <br /> He presented a drawing of the mural , which comprises regional <br /> dances of Mexico ° The project i3 tied into two other projects - <br /> a mural workshop at Hoover School and one at Garfield . It is <br /> anticipated that it will be finished withi :a 60 to 70 days . <br /> The Commission thanked Yr .. Vry llasenor for attending and explained <br /> that all public arts projects should receive approval by the Com - <br /> mission before implementation of them is commenced <br /> Mr „ Vo llmayer then reported on the library mural ° He said that <br /> Jean Nixon had presented her concept of the Aura' to the Library <br /> Board and that they were unanimously enthusiastic about it , and <br />
