("IGP"), waive the minor irregularities in Dryco <br />Construction, Inc.'s bid, and award the contract for Fair Oaks Elementary School Sport <br />Field Improvement Project to the lowest responsible bidder, Dryco Construction, Inc. of <br />Fremont, California, for their low bid of $803,876 <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote, by all those present. <br /> <br />("" '0' <br />\V~~.... -....
