- � 12/08/2014 <br /> . -� . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The above recitals constitute the findings of the City Council in <br /> this matter. <br /> Section 2. The City Council finds that the designation of an historic <br /> resource is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> pursuant to Section 15331, Class 31 for Historical Resources. <br /> Section 3. The City Council hereby designates the structure located at <br /> 139-143 Duane StreeU3039 Broadway Street, Redwood City, California an <br /> Historic Landmark pursuant to the designation criteria listed in the City's Historic <br /> Preservation Ordinance. <br /> Section 4. The City Council directs staff to file this resolution for <br /> recordation with the San Mateo County Clerk's Office. <br /> Section 5.
