.......�...._....i . <br /> � <br /> such notice is served by Owner(s) to City at least ninety (90) days prior to the <br /> annual renewal date, or served by City to Owner(s) at least sixty (60) days prior <br /> to the annual renewal date, one (1) year shall be automatically added to the term <br /> of the Contract. <br /> b) Upon receipt by Owner(s) of a notice of nonrenewal from City, <br /> Owner(s) may make a written protest of the notice of nonrenewal. City may, at <br /> any time prior to the renewal, withdraw the notice of nonrenewal. <br /> c) If either City or Owner(s) serves notice of intent in any year not to <br /> renew the Contract, the existing Contract shall remain in effect for the balance of <br /> the period remaining since the original execution or the last renewal of the <br /> Contract, as the case may be. <br /> 4. Standards for Historical Property. During the term of this Cont�act, the <br /> Historic Property shall be subject to the following conditions, requirements and <br /> restrictions and Owner(s) agrees to same: <br /> a) Owner(s) shall preserve and maintain the characteristics of <br /> historical significance of the Historic Property. Attached hereto, marked as <br /> Exhibit "B," and incorporated herein by this reference, is a list of those minimum <br /> standards and conditions for maintenance, use and preservation of the Historic <br /> Property, which shall apply to such property throughout the term of this Contract. <br /> Owner(s) shall also comply with the requirements set forth in Chapter 40 of the <br /> Code of the City of Redwood City and with the Secretary of the Interior's <br /> Rehabilitation Standards set forth in Exhibit "D," and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> REV:09-26-14 VR <br /> ATTY/AGR.2014.194/139-143 DUANE STREET/3039 BROADWAY STREET MILLS ACT CONTRACT <br /> Page 3 of 13 <br />
