7.1.B. - Page 12 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The City shall prepare a scope of work for each individual project request. The scope <br /> shall include a list of required tasks and time frame for deliverables. Typically, the tasks <br /> will include review of project information, evaluation of potential environmental impacts, <br /> and preparation of required CEQA documents. Attendance at public meetings or other <br /> tasks will be requested on a case -by -case basis. <br /> Scopes for individual projects shall be sent to the consultant with a deadline for <br /> response. In the response, the consultant will include the staff resources they can <br /> commit to the project, estimated timeline and cost for provision of services. <br /> The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br /> work.
