Although the reservoir's overall <br /> condition was very good for its age, staff identified additional damaged structural wood <br /> rafters and beams, rotted roof plywood, additional cracks in the reservoir concrete <br /> flooring, and other as -built non - conforming conditions that required immediate attention. <br /> On June 9, 2014, Council authorized the City Manager to increase the contract amount <br /> up to 35% as necessary to perform these additional improvements. <br /> The project is successfully completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. <br /> Three (3) change orders with a combined total of $222,886.00 were issued.
