EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Task A. Kick-ofF/Scoping Meeting <br /> The CDM Smith Team will meet with Redwood City staff including: Engineering, Public Works, <br /> Information Technology, Finance (revenue services), and Police in one on-site meeting. <br /> The purpose of this meeting will be to: <br /> • Confirm technology/equipment types and services to be included in the procurement <br /> (using the parking management plan as a baseline); and <br /> • Develop a list of desired performance standards per equipment type and service <br /> Any follow up discussion determined necessary will occur via conference call. <br /> Deliverables for this task will include an agenda, and detailed meeting minutes. <br /> Task B. Develop the Draft Parking Technology Request for Proposals (RFP) <br /> CDM Smith will develop a draft RFP for parking technology/equipment upgrade based on the <br /> results of Task A and recommendations from the 2014 parking management plan. This includes <br /> detailed performance standards based on the City's needs as defined in Task A. The RFP will <br /> be based on the City's RFP template and will request that respondents provide a solution that <br /> includes an upgrade to the city's parking equipment technology and services (by management <br /> zone)that meets the required perFormance standards. <br /> Task C. Finalize RFP <br /> CDM Smith will finalize the RFP based on comments provided by City staff. Up to two rounds of <br /> review and comments by the City are assumed. <br /> Fee Schedule <br /> CDM Smith shall charge the standard hourly rates for services as listed in the fee <br /> schedule below and for direct expenses as incurred.
