EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Task A. Kick-off/Scoping Meeting The CDM Smith Team will meet with Redwood City staff including: Public Works, IT, finance (revenue services), PD/enforcement. The purpose of this meeting will be to: Confirm technology/equipment types and services to be included in the procurement (using the parking management plan as a baseline); and Develop a list of desired performance standards per equipment type and service. The intent is the meeting or meetings with these departments will happen during one on-site visit. Any follow up discussion determined necessary will occur via conference call with Redwood City staff. Deliverables for this task will include an agenda, example PARC RFPs for review and action items for follow up. Task B. Develop the Draft PARC Request for Proposals (RFP) CDM Smith will develop a draft RFP for PARC equipment upgrade based on the results of Task A and recommendations from the 2014 parking management plan. This includes detailed performance standards based on the City's needs as defined in Task A. The RFP will be based on the City's RFP template and will request that respondents provide a solution that includes an upgrade to the city's existing garage PARCs that meets the required performance standards and that are compatible with the PARCs installed at the Crossing 900 Project. Task C. Finalize RFP CDM Smith will finalize the RFP based on comments provided by City Staff. Up to finro rounds of review and comments by the City are assumed. Fee Schedule CDM Smith will charge the standard hourly rates for services listed in the fee schedule below and for direct expenses as incurred. Total compensation for services will not exceed Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Seven Dollars ($8,947).
