EXHIBIT "A„ <br /> SCOP� OF���2�CES <br /> TASK 1 —ROOSEVELT AVENUE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRIGT (RAUUD) <br /> Under this Task, th� Consuitant shall conduct a Boundary Survey, Prepare a Boundary <br /> Map, and provide Legal Deseription of the reaf properties within the Roosevelt <br /> Underground Utllity aistrict. The work �hall be overseen, prepared and stamped by a <br /> Licensed Land Surrreyor. The work is itemized as fotlows <br /> 1.1 BOUNDARY SURVEY AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION : <br /> 1.1.a The Gonsultant shall perforrn a �ur�dary Survey for #he project area which is <br /> depicted in Exhfbit "B" of this agreement, by researching re�rd maps on ftle with the <br /> County of San Mateo� City right-of-way and title records, and appl�cable deeds under <br /> the supervision of a Licensed Land Surveyor. The Consultant shall schedule a field <br /> survey crew to prepare a baundary sunrey. The Consuttant cxew shatl Eocate atl <br /> controtFing monumentation shown �nd referenced in public records, sufE'rcient to <br /> establish the existing right-of-way Iines of Rooseveit Avenue. <br /> The field crew shall atso be directed to Ic�cate existing curb tines� back of waik, ovefiead <br /> utility poles and guy vuires to verify the al�gnment of the public impro�rements vrrith th� <br /> right-of-way boundary. The Consultant shall �mport the collec#ed data into AutoCAD �nd <br /> the locatian of atl found monumentation. The Consuttant wili eompare the ootlected data <br /> with the data shown on the pubtic records. <br /> The Consul�ant shatl t�e the oontrolling monumentation �o the praject boundaries <br /> sufficient for ths survey to be retraced. <br /> 1.1,b The Consultant shaN areqare a Legal Descriat�on of the reai properties and right- <br /> of-way within #he RAUUD; and shaN be written, signed & stamped by the Consul#ant's <br /> Licensed Land Surveyar. This documQnt will be called EXHIBIT A — Legal Description <br /> of the Rooseveit Underground Utility District, and is to be ind�ded in the Redwood City <br /> Council Resolution that will formally establish the distr�ct. The document shall be <br /> stamped and signed by the Consultant'� Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 1.2 pELIVERABLE3: <br /> 1.2.a Boundary Me�: The Consultant shall provide cover sheet and all necessary <br /> sheets to enclose the entirety of the RAUUD at th� above described scale.
