Budget Amendment
<br />An amendment to the Agreement is needed to allow for the additional work outlined
<br />above. The estimated costs of the additional work is $111,740, including a contingency
<br />of $10,000 to account for unanticipated future costs, should they arise. The contingency
<br />would only be activated upon written authorization from the City.
