CITY COUNCIL RETREAT- Mayor Gee made introductory remarks followed by <br /> City Manager Bell who covered items related to the two year priorities. The City Council <br /> discussed Council subcommittees' Work Plans. In addition, the City Council shared <br /> ideas about Boards, Commissions and Committees (BCC) including the possibility of a <br /> Council Champion being assigned to each BCC. <br /> A.
