He would like the Council, Planning Commission, and Staff to work on this issue, including finding subsidy funding, by the end of this year. City Council Committee Reports The Mayor invited the public to attend the Public Safety Memorial Service at Notre Dame de Namur University this Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 10 a.m. C. City Manager (Oral) Update Dr. Bell reported that there were no injuries or damages to the City due to the earthquake. Also, he reported on an apartment fire at Regents Court that happened last night. He said 35 people were displaced, but most of the units will be habitable again. Dr. Bell said that donation information through the American Red Cross will be coming forth tomorrow. With regards to the Closed Session, Dr. Bell provided background on Docktown Marina, the long term Inner Harbor Visioning Process, and when the City took over the marina and its safety issues, Berth Agreements and Insurance.
