City Manager (Oral) Update <br /> Dr. Bell reported that there were no injuries or damages to the City due to the earthquake. <br /> Also, he reported on an apartment fire at Regents Court that happened last night. He said <br /> 35 people were displaced, but most of the units will be habitable again. Dr. Bell said that <br /> donation information through the American Red Cross will be coming forth tomorrow. <br /> With regards to the Closed Session, Dr. Bell provided background on Docktown Marina, the <br /> long term Inner Harbor Visioning Process, and when the City took over the marina and its <br /> safety issues, Berth Agreements and Insurance.
