The Parties expressly agree that any reasonable payment, attorney's fee, cost or expense Partner <br /> incurs or makes to or on behalf of an injured employee under the Pazmer's self-administered <br /> workers'compensation is included as a loss,expense or cost for the purposes of this section. <br /> The parties expressly agree that this section shall survive the expiration or early termination of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 9. Ownershi,p of Documents. Ownership of any designs, plans, maps, reports, specifications, <br /> drawings, and other information or items produced by LGC while performing Services under this <br /> Agreement will be assigned to and owned by Partner. The original of all reports, memoranda, <br /> studies, plans, specifications, drawings, materials, e�chibits, maps or other similar or related <br /> documents prepared by LGC in the performance of the Services for the Partner shall be the property <br /> the Partner. LGC may retain a copy of all non-confidential material produced under tlus Agreement <br /> for the purpose of documenting LGC's participation in this project, as well as for reporting purposes <br /> and promotion of LGC outcomes from this project. <br /> 10. Notices.
