By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute six (6) <br />Stormwater Treatment Measures and Maintenance Agreements with West <br />Oakwood, LLC (one agreement per proposed parcel). <br /> <br /> C. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants in an amount up to <br />$200,000 to provide on - call civil/transportation engineering services for a <br />period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the total <br />agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend the term <br />of the agreement, if necessary. <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in an amount up to <br />$200,000 to provide on - call civil/transportation engineering services for a <br />period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the total <br />agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend the term <br />of the agreement, if necessary. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />agreement with Bellecci & Associates, Inc. in an amount up to $250,000 to <br />provide on - call construction management and inspection services for a <br />period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the total <br />agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend the term <br />of the agreement, if necessary. <br /> <br /> D.
