7.1.C. - Page 34 <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> The schedule for the work shall be on an as-needed basis. Upon request by the CITY, <br /> CONSULTANT shall prepare a specific task order outlining the CONSULTANT roles <br /> and responsibilities for the identified task as well as the task budget within one (1) week <br /> of the request. Concurrence between the CITY and CONSULTANT on the task <br /> activity(ies) and budget shall be memorialized via email or letter prior to CONSULTANT <br /> starting work on the task. <br /> PAYMENT TERMS <br /> CONSULTANT shall charge the standard hourly rates for services as listed in the fee <br /> schedule below.
