WORKERS' GOMPENSATION. WENDOR certifies that he is aware of the provisions of the Labor Gc�de of the State of Califomia wrhich require every employer to be insured against liabili#y for workers' campensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that Cade, and VENDOR certifies that he wrill comply with such provisions befor� aammencing the , performance of the work of this agreement. 14. NOM-DlSCRIMINATION. The VENDOR will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin.
