Develop a matrix of surveyed cities' fees and charges compared to Redwood City. <br />. Conduct statistical analysis of surveyed cities to define Mean, Median and Standard <br /> Deviation. (Anecdotal research indicates large differences in fees and models across <br /> agencies.) <br />. Develop several revenue project models using a variety of assumptions for number of permits <br /> and inspections and rates. <br />. Develop a total cost model that defines the workforce required to collect 100% of the potential <br /> annual revenues. <br />. Develop fee potential fee structures for 50%, 75% and 100% cost recovery. <br />. Create and deliver presentation to appropriate decision makers and stakeholders. <br />.
