EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> CONSULTANT shall provide professional civil and transportation engineering senrices <br /> to assist the City's Community Development Department with transportation projects on <br /> an as-needed basis. <br /> The scope of services includes, but is not limited to the following potential activities: <br /> • Kennedy Safe Routes to School Project <br /> o Project management <br /> o Data collection <br /> o Right-of-way support <br /> o Project plans, specifications, and estimates <br /> 0 <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> The schedule for the work shall be on an as-needed basis. Upon request by the CITY, <br /> CONSULTANT shall prepare a specific task order outlining the CONSULTANT roles <br /> and responsibilities for the identified task as well as the task budget within one (1) week <br /> of the request. Concurrence between the CITY and CONSULTANT on the task activity <br /> (ies) and budget shall be memorialized via email or letter prior to CONSULTANT <br /> starting work on the task. <br /> PAYMENT TERMS <br /> CONSULTANT shall charge the standard hourly rates for services as listed in the fee <br /> schedule below.
