On February 2, 2015, the Parties executed Agreement for Professional <br /> Services; and <br /> B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit"A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of 1 year ending on February 2, 2018 and Consultant will <br /> be paid an additional not to exceed amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). With <br /> this Amendment, the total Agreement amount shall not exceed Two Hundred Fifty <br /> . Thousand Dollars ($250,000). <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time,will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> 4.
