ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br />FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(Bellecci & Associates, Inc.) <br />I Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the ��day of <br />2017, extending the agreement dated February 2, 2015 (the <br />"Agre ent by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and BELLECCI & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On February 2, 2015, the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br />Services and <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of two years; and <br />C. This Amendment is intended to memorialize the agreement of the parties to <br />continue the services set forth in the Agreement prior to its expiration; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement is hereby extended for a period of two years ending on <br />February 2, 2019. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
