MINUTE ORDER 04 -54 <br />D. Acceptance of the final distribution of the Estate of G.R. Cress and the <br />establishment of the "G.R. Cress Bird Bath Fund" for use in the Redwood City Park <br />System (708) <br />Council Member Bain stated that G.R. Cress had a handwritten will written in 1976 <br />and was a bird lover, donating money to the City to build birdbaths and maintain <br />them, indefinitely, with the sum of $1.2 million dollars.
